Who can use Aviso 9/2024

Individuals buying a home to live in permanently.
People who don't already have another home loan, with any bank.
It doesn't cover self-building, plots without infrastructure, work on an existing home, or buying from a spouse or close relative.
There are no fees for early repayment, full or partial.
